Flow State: Cannabis, Coffee and Exercise

You are wondering what is “Flow State?” Flow State was discovered in the 1970s where people can get to a state of focus while working on a project or a fitness goal where performance flows out like a river.


The psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi wrote in his book “Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience,” attempting to achieve the ‘Flow State’. As per the Flow Research Collective, the combination of Cannabis + Coffee + Exercise could lead to the Flow State so many are looking to achieve.

Many authors have written bestsellers stoned such as Steven Kotler who has written nine of them while stoned. The key to any formula is moderation. The cannabis part of the formula should be done through microdosing vs being overly stoned.


Kotler talks about a combination of burpees, coffee and ganja increasing creativity by 500%.
