Ganja Guru Gravy

Ganja Guru Gravy is a flair of Indian Cannabis Infused Recipe with a touch of curry and cilantro.


  • large pan

  • 3/4 cup Cannabutter

  • turkey, chicken, or vegetable stock

  • 2 onions, chopped fine

  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

  • .5 teaspoon curry powder

  • ⅓ cup flour

  • Himalayan Pink Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Melt Cannabutter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Be careful not to burn.

  2. Add onions and saute for 10 minutes.

  3. Add coriander and cilantro. Saute for 10 more minutes.

  4. Add flour and whisk vigorously for 1 minute.

  5. Gradually whisk in enough stock until gravy thickens. Stir frequently.

  6. Add curry to the gravy and let simmer on medium-low heat for 15 minutes. Season with Himalayan Pink Salt and pepper to taste.
