Ganja Guru Gravy is a flair of Indian Cannabis Infused Recipe with a touch of curry and cilantro.
3/4 cup Cannabutter
turkey, chicken, or vegetable stock
2 onions, chopped fine
2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
.5 teaspoon curry powder
⅓ cup flour
Himalayan Pink Salt and pepper to taste
Melt Cannabutter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Be careful not to burn.
Add onions and saute for 10 minutes.
Add coriander and cilantro. Saute for 10 more minutes.
Add flour and whisk vigorously for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in enough stock until gravy thickens. Stir frequently.
Add curry to the gravy and let simmer on medium-low heat for 15 minutes. Season with Himalayan Pink Salt and pepper to taste.
